We are a team of highly skilled and experienced software developers, business analysts and project managers providing innovative and high quality Business Intelligence Solutions, Mobile Apps (iPad, iPhone, Windows and Android), Multiplatform Technical Consultancy and Software Development.
Based in Derby and established in 2004 by Tony Eley, we have grown significantly over the last few years due to our commitment to excellent product quality, customer service and delivering the right results in the right way. We became a limited company in 2009.
We have a client base and reputation that we are extremely proud of, and have enabled many leading companies to maximise their existing I.T. investment by utilising our technology solutions.

Tony Eley
Chief Executive
Tony has over 20 years experience in developing software applications in the areas of business intelligence and mobile devices. His career has covered all of the areas of Software Development Lifecycle. He established TEC I.T. in 2004 and has enjoyed substantial growth and success. His clients include Intertek PLC, Manchester City Football Club, ITV, Punch Taverns and Spirit Pub Company.
Tony has also published a number of popular mobile applications aimed at consumers in areas of sport and leisure.
Gary Emms
Solution Delivery
Gary has over 25 years experience in delivering I.T. solutions to clients, including roles in I.T. management, project management, business analysis, technical consultancy, software development and user support. Prior to TEC I.T. Ltd, Gary held management roles with British Midland International (bmi) and Bunzl, a FTSE100 company. Prior to Bunzl, Gary was Consultancy Manager with Interchange Group managing consultants in over 100 countries worldwide.
Tony Senior
Project Manager/Business Analyst
Tony has over 20 years of I.T. experience in the retail and leisure sectors. He now specialises as a PRINCE 2 Project Manager and ISEB qualified Business Analyst.
Working through the full systems development lifecycle he has delivered a wide range of projects including Digital (websites, CRM and apps), as well as HR & e-learning solutions, MIS and Guest Insight with a working style that is precise and detail orientated without losing perspective on the customer's needs.
For 12 years Tony worked across a number of I.T. functions at Greene King (the UK's leading pub retailer and brewer) and now works for himself as an independent Project Manager who consults for TEC I.T. Ltd when synergies arise.

Hannah's skills include social media, content management, digital marketing and web development along with testing new software developments, assisting with the compilation of I.T. user guides and attending local networking events.
Scott Howes
Software Developer
Scott translates software requirements into workable programming code and maintains and develops programs for use in business. He works with ASP.Net, SQL Server Reporting Services, Windows/iOS mobile and business intelligence.
Gillian Cain
Project Manager
Gill is our Project Manager, she has close contact with our clients to determine and implement their exact needs. She interacts with the client and our in-house developers to efficiently handle all aspects of the project from procurement through to execution to provide the best service for our customers.
Neil McEwen
Software Developer
Neil has over 20 years experience in the I.T. industry including user interface design, technical and application programming, system administration, project management and business analysis.
Neil held management roles with Enterprise Forwarding before attempting a career change and
achieving Qualified Teacher Status. His knowledge of the education system and troubleshooting ability proved greatly beneficial as he returned to the I.T. industry, and he now develops applications
on many of our client projects along with new client business analysis.
